The Blue Garden

An injection of vibrant colours on the newly constructed walls and fence pulled this design together by complementing the planting scheme

The Big Country Garden

The brief for this large garden in the country was to make the space more interesting by creating borders using pretty and varied planting

The Party Garden

Entertaining and minimalism were the key points for this customer so I created two relaxing areas for eating, drinking and partying

The Hardwood Deck

A hardwood deck has the advantage of creating a flow from the house into the garden and will last many years more than softwood. It also lends itself to a modern, minimalist design

The Simple Town Garden

The owner of this city garden wanted planting in cool colours and an attractive patio area

The Sandstone Garden

This front garden design was based around the existing magnolia tree at its centre and had low maintenance in mind

The New Build Garden

A small garden on a new estate needed some more interesting planting as well as a radical change of colour for the shed to make it “disappear”

The Natural Front Garden

The brief for this small front garden was to create a naturalistic feel and encourage wildlife into the garden as well as providing some privacy from the street

The Large Family Garden

Following a lot of building work on the house this large garden was unusable. Creating a large lawn for the children to play on and a safe climbing frame within sight of the kitchen were the priorities for this family. But it was also important to create adult-friendly areas

The Large Back Garden

A large, bland garden which made the owners feel exposed was improved with the addition of raised beds, a pond and new borders to break up the large, empty space

The Child Friendly Garden

The owners of this garden wanted me to make sure that all the plants in the design were safe for inquisitive children

Garden Plans

All my plans are produced in colour using garden design software. Feel free to take a look at some examples of my work

Who am I?

I am Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) qualified and hold a National Diploma in Horticulture and a Diploma in Garden Design.
I have always been passionate about plants and gardens and love the opportunity to create something special and personal for my customers that means they can make the most of their outside space.
I also love interior design and enjoy bringing the same principles of style and colour into the garden with the aim of creating a room outside.
